One of my colleagues had a serious bumper crop of Meyer lemons this year. After a long soak in some grain alcohol, their tasty zest was finally ready to be filtered out and the remaining lemony liquid mixed together with some simple syrup and turned into this delicious Italian concoction. These little lemons went a long way. Invite me over for dinner, y'all. I've got hostess gifts for days.
